CHAIRMAN'S UPDATE - 16.05.2021

I am required to ensure the health and welfare of our members and with the club reopening from 2 June 2021 I have produced a Covid 19 Risk Assessment . Please read the document below and comply with it at all times when at the club.

To ensure no infected All Club Members All persons intending to visit Club must ensure they:

· No more than 30 members may be present in the following

areas at any time:- Main Hall. 10 Members in the Hall Annex

and 4 Members in the Kitchen

· The Kitchen should not be used for group catering. Individual

members may access hot and cold water to prepare their own

drinks subject to the number restrictions.

· Members are responsible for the cleanliness of their work areas

and disposal of rubbish generated.

· Where individual refreshments are prepared and consumed,

special care must be taken to ensure no cross contamination.

· Use sanitiser before departing site to protect families/friends.

· Members should not attend, and can leave the premises,

at any time if they are not happy with arrangements and controls


Maintaining records All Attendees · The Secretary will maintain a track and trace register, and after Secretary

Sanitisation of All Attendees · Prior to opening the Meeting, the Committee will ensure all door All Committee

Attendee Testing All Attendees · ANY ATTENDEE TESTING POSITIVE FOR COVID -19 within Secretary

Positive after 8 days of visiting the Club must notify the Secretary, in confidence,

attending meeting that they have been tested positive for COVID-19. The Secretary

will inform Members who were at that meeting that a positive result

has been notified (name of Member will not be stated) and advise

they get a test. The Secretary will also notify other organisations

with whose staff, customers or members they could have come in

contact with whilst on the premises.

Challenge complete.

The layout will be donated to the Little Miracles charity in Peterborough before Christmas
