Downloads before camp
For the Dance Exchange notes and music, and the Community Band and Songbook for the Singing and Community Band sessions, you will be emailed a Google drive link by May 31, so you can download to your device and/or print these before the weekend begins.
T-shirts
T-shirts will be available for pickup from June Camp staff at designated times during the weekend. Listen for announcements of where and when.
Pre-ordered Music, Video purchase
Tineke and Maurits' pre-ordered music (on thumb drives) will be available for pickup from June Camp staff at designated times during the weekend. Additional music and video purchases may be made during the weekend for cash or check from June Camp staff. Again, listen for announcements of times and locations. Videos will be transferred by WeTransfer by the vanGeels after the weekend.
Packing list
● COVID supplies:
○ extra COVID rapid tests
○ N-95 or equivalent masks
● Food and drinks:
○ snacks and/or drinks to share in the hospitality room or to enjoy in your own room (if you are in the hotel)
○ food items to supplement meals, particularly if you have dietary restrictions (if you are in the hotel)
○ a reusable water bottle (there is a place to fill it just outside the gym)
○ a travel mug
● Boutique items and needs:
o your items to donate for the boutique and silent auction
o extra paper grocery bags for the Bag Sale
o dress forms or clothing racks, if you have any to loan us for the Costume Corner and Boutique
● Dorm room supplies:
○ extra clothes hangers
○ over-door hooks for hanging clothing
○ soap and other toiletries
○ extra blanket, larger mattress pad, fitted sheets if preferred (beds are single XL)
○ a shower caddy or bucket for holding your stuff in the shower
○ extra towels
○ earplugs
● Also important:
o cash or checkbook for music and video purchases, silent auction and Boutique
o your favorite music on a computer, mp3 player, iPod or flash drive
o a light sweater for when you're not dancing -- there's very effective air conditioning in the gym
Refrigerator availability
There will be a fridge available in a common area of the dorm, on campus. Food and medications can be stored in this fridge. For those staying at the hotel, each room has a minifridge.
First aid supplies
Jen and Elijah will both bring First Aid kits, which will be available by the Boutique corner in the gym, or call Elijah, who is staying in the La Quinta. Defibrillators are also located at the gym.
Internet/wifi
There is open wi-fi available all over campus. The hotel also has free wi-fi.
Tornado shelters on campus
In the unlikely event of a tornado warning, there are tornado shelters
Waybright Center: Melton Hall or Lower Waybright away from windows
Trinity Hall: Hallways on first floors
Sport Center: Locker rooms and public restrooms
