Safety Measures and COVID-19 Policy

The health and safety of our June Camp community is our primary concern. All participants will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, including at least one booster, when they register or in advance of camp, unless this was provided with their registration at June Camp in 2022. The policy has now been updated to include new decisions about testing and masking. (If you agreed to the previous version of the policy when you registered, and have any reservations about that, please contact the committee at junecampifd@gmail.com.)

When you fill out your registration for camp (on a Google Form), you will need to mark that you agree to our policy statement and waiver, below. This agreement on the Google Form will serve as your signature. You will then need to transmit your proof of vaccination. This should be done before you arrive at camp by:

In the event that you have to cancel your registration because of any medical reason, we will be willing to offer a full refund minus any Paypal fees.
