Kespi's Kitchen's Instagram Cooking Class

Normally, Kespi's Kitchen's Instagram cooking class lasts 3 months and there are 13 recipes and bonus recipes. The course is done on the private Instagram account RecipeWeek13to27.  I buy the course through the website of Kespi's Kitchen and then send a friend request, and access is  within 24 hours.

The Recipes

Every week on Monday, several recipes were shared by Kespi's Kitchen. This was shared by a written recipe and videos in which I could see how something should be done. Often the videos were the occurrence of a cooking technique. And of course pictures of the dishes. This way of teaching makes it accessible and easy to follow. Every week there was something I liked, so I made one or two of the shared recipes every week. Unfortunately I am not a food photographer as my pictures show, but I can tell that the dishes I made were delicious.

• Snack peppers with goat cheese

• Roasted potatoes with harissa

• Egg wrap with salmon

• Chicken with pumpkin

• Asian chicken soup

• Salad of grilled asparagus tips

• roasted pepper spread

• Noodle salad with soy basil dressing

• Shrimp cocktail

The Instagram Cooking Class Was A Success For Me

There were more recipes, but these ones I tried successfully. With following the recipe, it didn't just taste good, but I also learnt to make something new. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend this course and maybe a food photography course :-) , because yes my photos of the dishes are not beautiful. But they tasted all better then the pictures are!
