Any girl entering grades K-12 in the fall can attend camp. This page will provide information about Adult Volunteers.
Camp Hours (Volunteers)
Please note the difference from camper hours!
Monday 8:30am to 3:30pm. Check in starts at 8:30am. No supervision is provided before check in.
Tuesday 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Wednesday 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Thursday 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Registration Information
Registration opens April 1, 2024 and closes June 7, 2024. Registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis and will close when full. Price reductions will be based on date submitted online. Don't forget by volunteering at least 3 days, you are guaranteeing your Girl Scout a spot at camp (until volunteer positions are full).
Camp Staff Trainings
The "All-Staff Training" is required for Adult Volunteers.
(Not attending the required trainings may affect the discount your camper receives.)

All Staff Training
Who: All adult volunteers AND girls entering grades 6-12 in the fall.
When: Thursday, July 11*, 2024 - time TBA but we will not start before 5:30pm.
Where: At camp location, details will be sent out via email.
*Date subject to change based on location availability.
New Adult Volunteer Training
Who: Adult volunteers that have never attended Camp Funshine. This is a training to provide new volunteers a glimpse into what camp is about and what to expect at "All Staff Training."
When: We will be reaching out to new volunteers to find a day and time that works for them. It is generally held towards the beginning of the week prior to camp.
Where: Probably over zoom.
* Adults must be registered Girl Scout members for the current membership year, background checked, and have completed the minimum gsLearn trainings. This must be done online at Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
** Girls with an adult at camp that volunteers, at least 3 full days can receive a discounted camper rate. This discount can only be applied to one child per adult (the additional membership dues still apply for non-registered Girl Scouts).
Campers AND their adults registered before May 1 are $40, May 1-31 are $45 and after June 1 are $50.
LiAs AND their adults registered before May 1 are $35 , May 1-31 are $40 and after June 1 are $45.
PAITs AND their adults registered before May 1 are $25, May 1-31 are $30 and after June 1 are $40.
What TO Bring -
Sack Lunch (Monday) - Lunch will be provided on Tuesday through Friday! Girls will start prepare meals at camp again!
Water bottle
Close-toed, close-heeled, tie/velcro on shoes with socks (required for safety)
Light sweatshirt / jacket (recommended)
Apply sunscreen BEFORE arriving at camp
Sit-upon (recommended)
