Registration Dates
Registration begins April 1, 2024 and all registrations must be entered online no later than June 7, 2024. Registration is on a first come first serve basis up to the maximum camp size. Complete registration including payment must be received before the girl's space is reserved. If the camp fills prior to June 7, 2024 your camper may be offered a space on a wait list.
Camp Pricing
Price reductions will be based on the date submitted online or the postmark date. To receive the discounted volunteer rate the adult attending must register along with the girl.

* Girls and adults must be registered Girl Scout members for the current membership year. This must be done online at Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington.
** Girls with an adult at camp that volunteers, at least 3 full days can receive a discounted camper rate. This discount can only be applied to one child per adult (the additional membership dues still apply for non-registered Girl Scouts).
Campers AND their adults registered before May 1 are $40, May 1-31 are $45 and after June 1 are $50.
LiAs AND their adults registered before May 1 are $35 , May 1-31 are $40 and after June 1 are $45.
PAITs AND their adults registered before May 1 are $25, May 1-31 are $30 and after June 1 are $40.
Buddies
If your girl would like to be with a buddy at camp, both girls must include the buddies' names on their registrations. Buddies must be in the same grade level group, Daisies (K/1), Brownies (2/3), or Juniors (4/5). Please email us with questions or concerns related to buddies or siblings.
Transportation
Parents/Guardians are responsible for transportation to and from camp. If a non-parent/guardian or a non-approved driver will be picking up your Girl Scout, a signed note from the parent/guardian MUST be given to the unit leader no later than the beginning of that camp day.
Thank you in advance for your patience with the daily process of camper sign in/out. This is a required process, and will take place each camp day. If you have questions please feel free to contact the Day Camp Directors.
If your girl will be driving herself please list her as an approved driver on her registration form. Please note that by Girl Scout rules she may drive herself and no one else.
If your older girl will be riding her bike or walking on her own please list her as an approved driver on her registration form.
Financial Assistance
Don't forget discounts are available to campers who have adult(s) that volunteer at camp. Additionally, a limited number of camperships are available for campers who are a registered Girl Scout before May 31, 2023. If the camp fees are a great hardship on your family, please email the day camp directors. If you need assistance with Girl Scout membership fees please contact the Girl Scout office.

🛑 🛑 🛑 In order to use COOKIE/NUT CREDITS, you must email the following info to funshinedaycamp@gmail.com before registering! Name on cookie/nut card, card number*, and amount being used. We will then give you a discount code to use during registration.
*If you have not received the card, please still email, and we will make an agreement.
