Registration Dates
Registration begins April 1, 2016 and all registrations must be entered online or postmarked no later than June 10, 2016. Registration is on a first come first serve basis up to the maximum camp size at each age division. Complete registration including payment must be received before the girl's space is reserved. If the camp fills prior to June 10, 2016 your camper may be offered a space on a wait list.

* Non-registered members, grades First-Twelfth, are welcome for an additional $15 fee, which includes Girl Scout annual membership dues and insurance through September 30, 2016. Please Note: Campers going into Kindergarten will be charged an extra $2 for insurance during camp, but will not be registered scouts..
** Girls with an adult volunteer at camp three or more days will receive a reduced rate of $35, this discount can only be applied to one child per adult (the additional membership dues (1st-12th grade) or insurance (Kindergarteners) still apply for non-registered Girl Scouts).

Buddies
If your girl would like to be with a buddy at camp, both girls must include the buddies' names on their registrations. Buddies must be in the same grade level group. Daisies (K/1), Brownies (2/3), or Juniors (4/5). All other age groups will be placed based on grade and space availability.

Transportation
Parents/Guardians are responsible for transportation to and from camp. If a non-parent/guardian or a non-approved driver will be picking up your Girl Scout, a signed note from the parent/guardian MUST be given to the unit leader no later than the beginning of that camp day.

Thank you in advance for your patience with the daily process of camper sign out.  This is a required process and will take place at the end of each camp day. Please be kind to the unit leaders and remember that they are just fulfilling the directions from the day camp director. If you have questions please feel free to contact the Day Camp Directors.

If your girl will be driving herself please list her as an approved driver on her registration form. Please note that by Girl Scout rules she may drive herself and no one else.

If your older girl will be riding her bike or walking on her own please list her as an approved driver on her registration form.

Financial Assistance
Don't forget discounts are available to campers who have adult(s) that volunteer at camp. Additionally, a limited number of camperships are available for campers who are a registered Girl Scout before May 31, 2016.
