These are the results from University Hospital of Southampton so far, and so far it has been very successful at treating dysplasia in Barrett’s.

End of presentation.

This presentation was within the first year of using the "HALO" machine Barrett's Wessex bought. It continues to ablate Barrett's cells, preventing possible progression to cancer and potentially saving lives.

Read Bill and Andrew's stories in our members pages.

N.B. Since this presentation, "HALO" has been trademarked by a different medical company for different equipment. This means we now need to refer to it as an RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) device or a Barrx (the manufacturer) RFA device.
