Barrett's Oesophagus UK (BOUK) - formerly Barrett's Oesophagus Campaign (BOC)The main national site of the original Barrett's charity packed full of information about the condition linked to from the left navigation pane.
www.BarrettsOesophagusUK.org is an interantinal collaboration sepcific to Barrett's Oesophagus, established to commemorate World Barrett's Day (16th May).

Heartburn Cancer UK Provides patient support for those with Oesophageal cancer and Barrett's Oesophagus.
Other charities working to reduce deaths to oesophageal cancer
Oesophageal Patients Association (OPA) for those affected by oesophageal cancer.
(Support for Portsmouth and the Local Area of South Hants)
Oxfordshire Oesophageal and Stomach Organisation is a support charity for those affected by oesophageal or stomach cancers.
GOSH (Gastro-Oesophageal Support & Help) group is based in Bristol for patients by patients.
It provides bi-monthly meetings on the last Tuesday of every other month between 7:00 and 9:00pm.
They also produce their own newsletter.
The Gutsy Group is a support group for people diagnosed with, or recovering from, oesophageal and gastric cancers. It has three branches covering Worcester, Gloucester and Wrexham /North Wales that tend to meet monthly.
Wessex Cancer Trust exists to provide local support for people living with or affected by cancer, irrespective of their age.

In America, ECAN (the Esophageal Cancer Action Network)'s mission is to save lives by increasing awareness about the link between Heartburn and Cancer, promoting early detection, supporting medical innovation to prevent, detect, treat and cure Esophageal Cancer and link patients and families to compassionate support. This national non-profit organization, based in Baltimore, is led by a board of directors of top physicians, business leaders, and families that have been touched by Esophageal Cancer.
Asenbar (Asociatión de enformos de esóphago de Barrett) is the Spanish equivalent of Barrett's Wessex, also operating in Mexico,
Also in America, ECAA (Esophageal Cancer Awareness Association) offers easy-to-read information on Esophageal Cancer (EC) – descriptions of the disease, its diagnosis, staging, treatments, and other factors. Our goal is to create a community of survivors, patients and caregivers that together can provide support and information while also increasing awareness of the disease
In Ireland, the Oesophageal Cancer Fund raises awareness and funds research, holding a "Lollipop Day" annually.
