The Business Model Canvas is a planning template for developing new or existing business models. It is a visual chart with elements describing a company's or product's value proposition, infrastructure, customer, and finances.
The canvas is a useful tool for planning your business. Remember not to fall in love with your first idea, it's worth starting from scratch and redesigning a couple of times.
