DIPLOMA COURSES

Acceptance deposit:

On acceptance of a place the Student must pay an agreed deposit or the course fees in full to secure the place

The deposit is non-refundable

The deposit will be offset against the remainder tuition fees.

Payment of fees: 

All Fees are payable in GBP at beginning of course. Fees can be paid in full or in instalments as agreed. (Usually in monthly installments in advance by Direct Debit).

Notice of cancellation: 

Once a Student has registered, there will be no refund of the course fee for cancellations received.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to: thebds59@gmail.com

If a student is paying by instalments they will still be liable for the full fees.

Student progress

Where a student, for whatever reason, fails to achieve the standard required in any semester to continue the course there are two options available. These options are for one time only at no extra cost to the student. 

- retake the semester not passed

 - Transfer to modular form

Where neither option is taken up by the student, no refund of fees will be paid and the student is liable for any remaining fees due.

SHORT COURSES

Short Courses are defined as: Masterclasses; Workshops; Weekend Courses; Easter and Summer Schools.

Short Course fees are due in full at the time of booking and there is no option for paying Short Course fees by installments.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Cancellations cannot be made within 14 days of the start of the course

Any period of absence during the course, whatever the motive or duration, will not be refunded.

GENERAL

Students agree to attend classes for the Courses regularly and on time. Non-attendance at classes due for reasons other than the explicit fault of The Broadway does not entitle refunds, extra tuition or a transfer.

In the event that the course is cancelled, liability shall be limited to the refund of fees paid in this instance. 

In the case of staff illness/ unscheduled absence the class will be postponed and rescheduled.
