2023-24 Season Forms
The forms below are for the 2023-24 Season BFSC Membership Registration. There are FOUR different types of Membership. Please review the following summaries and choose the one that's right for you.
FULL - for skaters interested in testing, competing, and/or skating the the Spring Exhibition; must be over 10 yrs old OR have had approval to skate independently on BFSC ice
YOUTH - for skaters 10 and under who in Skating School Tot thru Level 7, ISI Pre-Alpha thru Gamma, or USFS Basic Skills (for more Information, about Options 1 and 2, please see our Membership Info and Rates page or download the form to review
COLLEGIATE / ADULT - for skaters 18 and up who will not be testing or competing, but might like to participate in the Spring Exhibition
GUEST / TRIAL - for occasional and curious skaters who aren't around B-town all year or who would like to experience the BFSC before committing to a more involved membership level
Registration must be completed and payment must be made before a skater may use Club ice.
This may be done in via Zelle (fsbfsc@gmail.com) or in person at the skater's first practice prior to their first practice. Please arrive early to ensure this is taken care of without cutting into the skater's ice time.

The packet below contains information about testing, as well as the form to register to be tested.
Registration needs to be completed and paid for in advance.
Please Note: If Coach Jenn conducts a test session, she asks that skaters make a donation to the BFSC in lieu of paying her for her time and thanks you for supporting the BFSC.
