By purchasing or using this product, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

This license grants you the non-exclusive right to use the assets comprising this product on a royalty-free basis for commercial, personal or educational use, provided those purposes do not violate any of the following:

• You may not sell, share or otherwise redistribute the assets in original or modified form, with the exception of incorporating them into software products (such as video games or simulations), in which case you must take all reasonable measures (e.g. by using proprietary formats from which it cannot be exported, extracted or decompiled) to prevent the end user from gaining access to the assets. The assets may not be used in competing products such as character creation or animation software, nor sold or shared within software such as VR worlds.

• You may not sell, share or redistribute 3D prints or moulds of the assets unless they have been significantly modified from their original form.

• Group purchases of a single user license is not permitted; each member of the group must make their own individual purchase. Similarly, while a Studio license may be purchased by an individual or a business, it may only be used by the number of users specified for that license.

• You may not use the assets for any defamatory, harassing, pornographic, obscene, or racist purpose, or to infringe any party’s Intellectual Property rights. Nor may you use them for the promotion of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, weapons and explosives or unlawful activities.

• You may not misrepresent yourself as the creator or copyright holder of the original assets.

These assets are owned by Chris Jones (the Licensor), and this license confers no title or rights in the assets beyond those expressly set forth in this agreement.

The assets are provided on an "as is", "as available" and "with all faults" basis. The Licensor makes no representations, warranties, conditions or guarantees as to the usefulness, quality, or suitability for a particular purpose of the assets.

Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Licensor from any and all liabilities, claims or expenses (including legal fees), loss or damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential arising from your use, misuse or provision of the assets.

Refund Policy

You are responsible for ensuring you understand the description of the product you are purchasing, as well as the terms of this agreement. Support is offered if you are experiencing technical issues, or feel the product has been misrepresented in some way. For cases that are unable to be resolved, a refund will gladly be issued, provided the request was made within 7 days of purchase. If a refund is granted, all rights to use the assets will be revoked, and you will be required to permanently delete the downloaded files and any copies.

Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you first download the assets and shall continue until terminated. The Agreement will terminate automatically if you exceed the scope of license granted or otherwise fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement you agree to stop all access to and use of the assets.

The Licensor reserves the right to revise these terms in future. By continuing to use the assets after any revised terms become effective you agree to be bound by the new terms. The Licensor will attempt to notify you of any such revisions via an email to the address associated with your account.

If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the agreement.
