Hearth Talk成立於2020年。

我哋係一班受訓於英國/北美嘅心理學家同心理諮詢師。我哋希望利用自己嘅專業知識為有需要嘅海外香港人提供心理諮詢、支援及英國/北美精神健康服務嘅介紹同轉介。我們希望利用我們的專業知識，以義務形式為有需要的海外香港人提供關於精神健康的資訊、心理諮詢、支援以及英國/海外精神健康服務的介紹和轉介。我們的心理諮詢服務對象是位於英國需要心理支援的香港人。由於成員全屬義工，可以提供的義務諮詢有限，因此會優先為無法使用NHS或承擔治療費的人士提供協助。

Hearth Talk was established in 2020. Our members include psychologists and counsellors who are based in the UK (HCPC/ BACP-registered) and North America. Through our expertise we aim to help overseas Hongkongers by providing education on mental health, free psychological consultation*, talking therapy*, referrals and information on mental health systems in the UK and other countries. Our free consultation & talking therapy are targeted at Hongkongers in the UK requiring psychological support. As we are all volunteers, we can only provide a limited number of psychological consultations. We will prioritise those who cannot access the NHS or other mental health support due to financial or visa constraints.
