Who can avail the Scholarship Program?
For STEP Scholarship
a. Filipino Citizen;
b. At least Fifteen (15) years old at the start of the training program;
c. Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational / scholarship or subsidy program for beneficiaries; and
d. Must be at least High School graduate/High School Completer.
For TWSP Scholarship
a. Filipino Citizen;
b. At least 18 years of age at the time he/she finishes the training program;
c. Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational / scholarship or subsidy program for beneficiaries; and
d. Other specific requirements as specified in the corresponding TESDA Circular covering the scholarship program, if any.
For UAQTEA Scholarship
a. Filipino Citizen;
b. At least 18 years of age at the time he/she finishes the training program;
c. Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational / scholarship or subsidy program for beneficiaries; and
d. Other specific requirements as specified in the corresponding TESDA Circular covering the scholarship program, if any.
What are the benefits for Scholarship?
For STEP Scholarship
STEP Scholars shall be entitled to the following:
a. Training Cost;
b. Assessment Fee;
c. GSIS Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPAI) for a period of one (1) year;
d. Training Support Fund/Living Allowance;
e. Internet Allowance;
f. Health/PPE Allowance;
g. Entrepreneurship Fee; and
h. Starter Toolkits
For TWSP Scholarship
TWSP Scholars shall be entitled to the following:
a. Training Cost;
b. Assessment Fee;
c. GSIS Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPAI) for a period of one (1) year;
d. Training Support Fund/Living Allowance;
e. Internet Allowance;
f. Health/PPE Allowance; and
g. Entrepreneurship Fee (For courses under PAFSE)
For UAQTEA Scholarship
UAQTEA Scholars shall be entitled to the following:
a. Training Cost;
b. Assessment Fee;
c. GSIS Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPAI) for a period of one (1) year;
d. Training Support Fund/Living Allowance;
e. Internet Allowance;
f. Health/PPE Allowance; and
g. Instructional Materials

Who can avail the Guidance Office?
any student who is enrolled on SNCAT/TESDA may avail of the guidance services
If I went to counseling session, would other people know about my problem?
Every counseling sessions is highly confidential, however some are mandated by the law to authorized people, such as the chief of the institution as well as your parents about your case if there is imminent danger or hard to you and other people.

Help is being provided to students encountering academic, personal, social and career concerns
Who can borrow books from the library for home reading?
SNCAT students and employees can borrow materials from the library for home reading.
How many books can I check out?
Student - maximum of 2 titles of books at a time
Employees - maximum of 3 titles of books at a time
Fiction Books - 1 week use
What is the loan period for borrowed books?
For students, books can be borrowed for overnight use. For employees, the loan period is one week. For fiction books, the loan period is one week for both students and employees.
