failback deprecated

This failback used to be the main failback. Only if the previous failback didn't work, here's a failback. Note that the load percentages are not accurate (at all).

Warning: Prepare to say goodbye to this failback... It will disappear somewhere in Jan-Feb 2020.

EDIT: Never mind, I'm going to use ad money to pay for it. So don't worry!

EDIT 2: Ad money earned was 0.9 dollars so that won't suffice for the $20 dollars that netlify demands. Sorry guys...
