Finished migration. All flash games should work as expected (can people even play flash games anymore). This changelog entry will pretty much mark the end of The New Method. Again, the new site that will be replacing this one is The Advanced Method.

EDIT: I just realized the stupid new Google Sites iframe doesn't allow plugin in content, so even if y'all are using old browsers with flash, it still wouldn't work. Wow ok new google sites. thanks for rendering my 2 hours of effort completely useless >:(

Procrastinated until the last minute and started migrating from classic Google Sites to new Google Sites before the deadline tomorrow. Tried but couldn't finish. Will finish tomorrow. (lesson for you guys: don't be like me and cram everything until the last minute, just like how I am with ~~school~~ I mean this site).

This is going to be the plan for this website's future (tl;dr see bottom):

Since Google Sites Classic is going to be essentially deleted from the internet on September 2021, The Advanced Method will be the successor of this site. Starting on March 2021, I will be doing a migration from Google Sites Classic to the new Google Sites. The Advanced Method will be the one I maintain often, and this site will be a bittersweet memory that withers away. When the transition happens, fullscreen and pointer-lock games (ex. FPS games) will not work anymore. I will keep maintaining this website but unlikely going to add any more games. For those wondering about The Modern Method, it was a complete failure as it was not a Google Sites and was easily blocked by filters.

I really appreciate your support for continuing to use this website. Thank you.

First of all, hey guys. What's up. I would first like to thank you all for using this site. I've been really busy with irl stuff and wasn't able to update this site as often. I'll admit that I haven't seen your comments since the last update. I'm here to show you guys the plan for upcoming updates and the primary reasons for my absence.

Because of Google Sites's deprecation of Google Sites Classic, and your school's blocking of The Modern Method (shown by analytics), I'm going to create a new Google Sites, called, "The Advanced Method". Also, because of the flash deprecation happening in December, 2020, The Advanced Method will only include HTML5 games.

I am busy with irl stuff, but that doesn't show the whole picture. To fully explain my absence, I have to convey my inner conflicted feelings. Every time I go on and edit this site, I question my morality. The copying of games from another site. The copyrighting. The use of content without permission from their creators. I hate it. I have experience with this too. But I also have another side of me, that I'm doing it not to intentionally copyright but to create a bypass portal for people who wants to have a little fun during their school day. These two sides keep fighting each other until the bypass-reasoning side wins and I go on to edit the website.

Again, thank you for using The New Method. Your support really boosts my motivation to create continue maintaining this site.
