Shu-Ching Huang is born in Taiwan.She has a master of art degree from New York University, and has been producing short films since 2002.She is currently an intercultural management, asian culture and chinese language assiociate professor in several french faculties and business schools.Festival Artistic Director :

Vincent Chabrillat is a french director whose work has been selected in many international film festivals.He graduated from New York University Film Program, Brooklyn College film department in New York and Paris 8 Cinema University.

Christophe VACHER

Originally French and based in California, Christophe Vacher is a two-time Emmy Award Winner and two-time Annie Award Nominee who has provided artwork for the Animation industry and most major Hollywood Studios since 1989 as a painter, designer and Art Director. He worked on movies such as The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, Tarzan, Fantasia 2000, Dinosaur, Treasure Planet, Enchanted, and 9. He has been Art Directing Hasbro’s Transformers TV series for the past 7 years. His personal paintings can be seen permanently in several galleries and various collections in Europe and the United States. He has given numerous lectures at various events and universities across the US and France, including the San Francisco Academy or Arts, the University of California in Berkeley and CSUN (California State University of Northridge). He has been ONE Country ONE Film’s godfather since its creation in 2010.

KELSEY EGAN

Kelsey Egan is a film-maker, writer, producer and actress based in Cape Town, South Africa. She has worked on large local and international projects (including Eye in the Sky, The Giver, Zulu, Mad Max: Fury Road, District 9 and Mr. Bones II) and directed various music videos, PSAs and narrative work of her own. Her directorial debut – "Gargoyle" [26 min, S16mm] - was nominated for a 2010 South African Film & Television Award for Best Short Film. Selected for screening at 16 International Film Festivals, the film was picked up for distribution by Shorts International and IndieFlix. When not developing original content via her production company, Crave Pictures, Kelsey offers her services as a freelance Director, Producer, Writer and Script Editor. She is a proud council member of the Writer’s Guild of South Africa, and one of her feature screenplays was recently awarded ‘Best Spec Script’ at the 2013 Muse Awards.

Sarah Lambert is an award-winning writer who works extensively in Australia, the UK and US. She is best known as the creator/ writer and a producer of Love Child, the smash hit drama for the Nine Network. Her other credits include, The Dr. Blake Mysteries, A Place To Call Home, The Alice, All Saints, two seasons of Emmy nominated, Dance Academy and the critically acclaimed Love My Way. She is currently writing Rote Faden, an 8-part mystery set in Germany and Australia for Essential Media and Fremantle UK alongside writing her new series, TRUST an 8-part international thriller for the US, produced by Ian Collie.

Heiko Kalmbach is a filmmaker and video artist based in Berlin and New York. His feature documentary IF ONE THING MATTERS premiered in the Forum section at Berlin International Film Festival. Short films have been in Festivals like Oberhausen, São Paulo and South By Southwest. His recent collaboration with composer Katharina Rosenberger, the installation VIVA VOCE, has been presented at Human Resources Gallery Los Angeles, Sweet Thunder Festival San Francisco and Kleiner Wasserturm Berlin in 2015. Heiko Kalmbach studied Film at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and has been teaching film and dramaturgy at the Interprofessional Studio at the AA London since 2009.

Coco Lorenzo is an editor for tv and short films based in London, UK. Originally from the Philippines and the US, she started out as a commercial tv/radio producer but focused on post-production entirely after attending a film course at NYU and finishing an MA in production at Manchester University. She has been based in London and working in the post-production sector for 15 years. She has experience in editing both short and long form programmes, factual and fiction. She has a list of credits in programmes for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.

Fabrice Robert is an actor based in Paris, France. Since 2000 Fabrice has had many roles with directors including Yvan Attal, Gabriel Aghion, Dominik Moll, Cédric Kahn, Sam Karmann, Jérôme Enrico, Jean-Pierre Mocky and Imitiaz Ali.CHRISTOPHE VACHER

Shih-Hung Young, is a New-York based Chinese Conductor and violinist from Taiwan. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Music degrees from The Juilliard School and a Doctorate of Music from State University of New York at Stony Brook. An active conductor of symphonic, film scores and operas, and a performer of solo and chamber music recitals, Dr. Young serves as a conductor for Howard Shore’s Academy Award-winning Lord of the Rings: Live to Projection & Lord of the Rings Symphony. He recently began conducting Hans Zimmer’s award winning score Gladiator: Live to Projection, collaborating with Golden Globe winner Lisa Gerrard. Members of the 2016 National Selection Committee
