Welcome to Lichfield Museum Bowling Club website

As highlighted on BBC Breakfast T.V.  (April 2011),  bowls is " a young person's game that can be played by older people"

We play Crown Green Bowls between April 1st and September 30th each year, seven days a week.  If you have ever considered the game but are unsure if it will suit you, come along at any time during the season and enquire from any member present.

Alternatively contact any Committee member.

All you need to start are flat soled shoes without heels and a desire to have fun!

There is an opening for further membership.

We compete in several local leagues at all levels, on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We play friendly matches against other local clubs and we also compete within the club for a variety of trophies and cups. We also have winter activities within the club, at present this includes "Short Mat Bowling".

We are very proud of our reputation for being a smart and sociable club, and we look forward to seeing you.
