12/30/12: New Layout for Updates

The old layout, of just editing the front page every time there was something new, was getting very unwieldy. So I have created a "Latest Updates" page that should work much better, with just a widget on the front page showing the most recent ones. This will also be a handy archive of updates if there's a lot at once or you fall behind.
I'll still play around with it a bit - maybe color coding, maybe wrap-ups now and then, but generally this is how it'll work.
Please note that this will not include all the Dancing Death Eaters updates - there's a separate updates blog for that, and something will only be mentioned here if it's a really big deal.
