Poster Guidelines

Posters should measure no larger than 4’ x 4’. While planning your poster presentation, please remember the following guidelines:

• Logos promoting commercial companies are prohibited. Institutional logos are permitted.

• Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have received permission to include any copyrighted information in their posters.

• Photography of posters is prohibited. 

• Pushpins will be provided.  Please do not use tape, glue and/or staples to hang posters. 

• All presenters are required to follow professional guidelines for patient confidentiality. No photos, names, records, or other patient identifiers may be included in your poster without appropriate approval.
