COVID-19

We plan to hold this event in person.  However, due to the potential for rapid changes in the COVID-19 situation and related University policies, we may need to adjust how the event is run.  You can find information on our current plans below:

• Masking:  Masks are recommended, but not required.  

• Social Distancing:  Please practice social distancing whenever possible.  Indoor seating for lunch will be spaced out, and we encourage participants to utilize outdoor space to eat, weather permitting.

• Testing: We encourage in-person participants to consider self-testing within 24 hours of attending this event.

• Vaccination: We encourage in-person participants to be fully vaccinated and boosted.

• If you feel sick: Please stay home if you have COVID-19, cold, or flu-like symptoms, regardless of home test results.
