FOWLIS WESTER VILLAGE HALL

Fowlis Wester Hall is here to provide a community meeting place for everyone in the Parish of Fowlis Wester and beyond. There are regular weekly classes and clubs, and regular events for all ages. The hall is also available to hire for your own events and parties - please see Hall Information.

The Hall was built in  2000 with the help of grants from 21st Century Hall for Scotland, the Scottish Executive, the Gannochy Trust and Perth & Kinross Leisure & Cultural Services. Ten percent of the cost of building - £25,000 - was raised through the donations and fund raising efforts of the local community.

The Community continues to raise funds to maintain the hall so that it continues for future generations.

Mrs Elma Gawzial, who had been Secretary of the Village Hall for thirty-five years,  officially opened the Hall on September 9th 2000.

Just off the main A85 between Perth and Crieff, Fowlis Wester Hall is on the edge of the village next to the church.

The Hall combines the benefits of a modern building with the charm of a traditional Village Hall.

Sitting next to the Kirk it's an ideal venue for Wedding Receptions and Christening Celebrations.
