             SCALE OF CHARGES FOR USE OF HALL

(effective 1st March 2024)

Private Function

Fowlis Wester Village Hall: Main Hall (max 120 people) including Meeting Room

  Hourly Hire rate @ £20.00/hr (3hrs minimum, 8 hrs maximum) 

●        All Day Hire @ £200.00.

  If additional time to set up/clear up is required before and after the all day hire an additional charge may be applied

Meeting Room only

  Hourly Hire rate @ £15.00/hr (max 10 people seated)

Marquees: one of size 4m x 8m; and one of size 6m x 8m

  £200.00 minimum per marquee, including labour for erection/dismantling

  £25.00 fixed charge for electric lights connection, where required

  An additional charge of approximately £30 will be added if an external electrical power source from the hall is required

Party Lights can also be hired to decorate the hall for £30

All Lets include use of kitchen and toilet facilities, including crockery and cutlery.

All hires of the Hall and marquees are governed by the Conditions of Let which should be read and agreed to (as per Booking Form) by all Hirers before the Let is confirmed.

Payment of charges for Lets are to be made within 14 days of hire.

- or by cheque, ask for address when booking.

If the Hall and facilities are not left in a satisfactory condition an extra cleaning fee will be payable.
