FINALITY OF THE CANOSSIAN FORMATION 嘉諾撒仁愛會培育的目標
In the Canossian Institute, formation aims at the fullness of Charity, "the most perfect Charity", so that the formandees may follow Jesus Crucified, whose love shines forth from the cross: a universal, free, gratuitous love for the Father and for each person. Formation achieves its goal by caring for the totality of the person: mind, heart, will, memory – throughout the whole span of one's life - and evangelizing our senses, desires, feelings and relationships. Canossian formation is geared towards enabling the person to love as Jesus loved on the Cross, to become more like Jesus Crucified and Risen in His attitudes and sentiments, and to be like Him for the sake of God's Kingdom.
本會以仁愛為培育宗旨，讓接受訓練者追隨被釘的基督的芳表，以無條件的博愛，愛天父和每一個人。整個培育著重全人的成長：身、心、靈和意志均衝發展，使整個生命、觀感、渴求、情緒和人際關係能和諧成長。
嘉諾撒仁愛會的培育方針，主要是使受培訓者效法十字架上基督的大愛，與衪同死於十字架上，好能分享衪的光榮復活，為天國作見証。
ASPIRANT 有志者
The young girl, having experienced the love of God, and helped by her formator, tries to discover her identity and discern her vocation, in order to better respond to God's call and decide to live for Him in the service of our brothers and sisters.
讓女青年體驗到主的愛，在導師指引下，嘗試發現她的個人特徵，從而找到她的聖召，好能回應主的召叫，決志為主而生活，服務其他弟兄姊妹。
POSTULANCY 保守 / 望會期
The young woman, fascinated by the person of Jesus Christ, desires deeply to follow Him and live for his Kingdom, ready to follow the Canossian Spirit and style of living.
讓年青女士被基督攫住，因而深深地渴望跟隨祂，以嘉諾撒仁愛會的精神和生活方式拓展天國。
NOVITATE 初學期
The novice desires to be formed as a true FDCC, interiorizes more deeply the gift of her Canossian vocation, experiences the life-style of the Institute, shapes her mind and heart according to the Spirit and Charism of the Canossian Family.
讓初學生接受培訓成為一個真正的仁愛會女兒，深化她的嘉諾撒仁愛會聖召，使她體驗本會的生活模式，讓她的心靈和思想都受著本會精神和神恩的薰陶。
TEMPORARY PROFESS 暫願期
The temporary professed Sister is called to interiorize and integrate the values she has learnt and to consolidate her own charismatic identity.
暫願修女是被召去不斷深化和整合她所學到的一切，並使這學到的結合在她內成為她的個人特徵。
ON-GOING FORMATION 延續培育
Religious life, by its very nature, is an on-going journey of formation. It entails an ever greater openness to the Spirit, helps the person to love freely and conform herself to the likeness of Jesus Crucified.
奉獻生活本身已是一個延續學習旅程。這種生活方式讓人學習開放，在聖神的引領下，自由地效法十字架上基督的大愛。
