Poster Presentation Session

The poster presentation session will be 16:50 ~ 18:30 on Sep 23rd.

The poster presenter will have 3 to 5 minutes for presentation.

Instructions for Poster Presenters:

• Please mount your poster by 09:30 on Sept 23rd and remove by 17:00 on Sep 24th. Posters remaining after the closing time will be discarded.

• A poster presentation session will be held from Sep 23rd 09:30 to Sep 24th 17:00.

• A poster viewing session will be held from Sep 23rd 09:30 to Sep 24th 17:00.

• Attendees expect authors to be available and willing to engage in discussion about the work during the conference.

• If extraordinary circumstances require withdrawal of a paper, please notify the conference office at brainconnects_conference@hss.nthu.edu.tw as soon as possible.

• Poster boards will be vertically (portrait) orientated. The dimensions of the poster boards to hold your poster are 113cm (width) X 163cm (height).

• Posters will be attached using poster tape which will be available onsite.

• The deadline of poster registration is Aug 31st, 2016. Please send 1) Title, 2) Authors list, and 3)Facility names to the organizer or the e-mail address above. No abstract is required.
