The NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association wants to plan in case of a catastrophic weather related event. The NOAA wants to build a weather station to monitor weather across the United States. They are unsure which state would be most suitable for this station. Your task is to:

1. learn cause and effect that weather, climate, and temperatures has on the environment,

2. explore different maps around the United States,

3. collect and display data,

4. draw conclusion and cite sources and present your selected choice to NOAA.

climate

Climate is the average measurements of temperature, wind, humidity, snow, and rain in a place over the course of years.

weather

Weather is changes in the atmosphere that occur on a daily basis.

temperature

Temperature is a degree of hotness or coldness the can be measured using a thermometer.

data

Data is a collection of information, gathered by observation, questioning or measurement.
