Purpose: Suite of learning and classroom management tools.
Hāpara is an Instructional Suite of tools that works with Google (G Suite) to add functionality in a classroom setting.
Hāpara provides teachers with:
Access to student’s school documents and online activity through their PGCPS-issued accounts.
Visibility into web activity when students are logged in to their school account, during instructional hours.
Real-time access to provide specific guidance and feedback to struggling students.
A place to engage in classroom work so students can have personalized learning experiences.
PGCPS will be utilizing Hāpara Dashboard and Highlights, NOT Workspaces.
Hāpara provides students with:
Student Dashboard which helps learners build their organization and time management skills by bringing together all of their digital school work from Hapara, Google Classroom and Google Drive into one, central location.
Self-paced tutorial
This self-paced tutorial gives you the option to watch the full length walkthrough or watch the segmented videos. When you finish watching the videos, test your Hāpara knowledge by completing all three quizzes. You will receive a certificate of completion from each quiz you complete with a score of 80% or higher.

With Hāpara Dashboard, teachers can easily view all learner work from one central hub (even when it wasn’t shared with them), organize learners into differentiated groups and quickly share out documents and resources.

With Hāpara Highlights, teachers can view learner browsing activity, focus their browsing on specific sites and help learners become better digital citizens by providing personalized, private feedback.
