Alison Olson-Enamorado is from North St Paul, Minnesota, and graduated from North St Paul High School as an AP scholar. As an active member of her school and community, she has been awarded in academic letters, FRC robotics letters, tennis, band, and student council. In high school, Alison was also part of her school’s STEM Committee. Implementing two first-place grant prizes totaling $15,000 from the American Heart Association, this team worked to improve North High’s STEM programs, furthering the quality of education for fellow students by providing funding for calculators, computers, and materials for student-built 3D printers in classrooms. Currently, she is an undergraduate student in the Industrial Engineering degree program at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. After graduation, Alison hopes to be working in the business industry or continuing research academically

Hello, my name is Jacob Noeldner and I am a Junior studying Mechanical Engineering here at UMD. I have many different hobbies/interests, some of which are robotics, 3D Printing, RC drones, and Ecofriendly Engineering! After I graduate, I am planning on either going into the workforce, or if offered, continue doing some graduate research.

Francisco Arias is an Industrial Engineering Graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth (Class 2020) with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts, Business and Pre-Engineering from Century College. As an Industrial Engineering student, Francisco focused on the business and analytical side of engineering. His skills in data analysis, statistics and forecasting allowed him to be part of the Eco-Driving Research team as an undergraduate researcher student from May 2020 to December 2020. At the moment, Francisco is doing Freelance Engineering volunteer work at Seecharan Group as part of his journey to land in a job opportunity with a leading organization that utilizes his engineering and analytical knowledge while also allowing him to grow as a professional.
