Unit Goals

Goal Number 1: 

4,000 community service hours

Many unit events within the community throughout the year including:

• Volunteering for local elementary schools

• Community clean-ups

• Ocala Christmas Parade

• Participating in school events

Goal Number 2: 

60% of cadets achieve Satisfactory or above on the PRT

• Weekly PT days for all cadets

• PT team for cadets to improve themselves

• Encourage cadets to practice at home/before school

• Friendly competitions between companies and cadets

Goal Number 3: 

Training offered to cadets eligible for advancement

• Goal: 10% Chiefs, 40% Petty Officers, and 45% E-1-E3

• CURRENT PERCENTS: 5% Chiefs, 28% Petty Officers, and 67% E-1-E-3's
