5-Day Inactivity Kick Rule

This rule pertains to new members that are offline for extended periods of time.

First impressions are often the thing that gives someone a concise idea of what a person is like in a short period of time. When a new person joins The Red Raven, their activity in the first few days gives us a first impression of them. The Red Raven understands that there can be circumstances that can cause an individual to be offline, such as being in a bad situation, having a bad day, being in a bad mood, or having a heavy workload. We acknowledge that everyone has bad times, and can be busy. This is something that many of us face, and is the reason why some members might not always s respond to messages. However, without the necessary communication we can not guess your circumstances.

This in mind, the rules are as follows.

  • A new member will be kicked if they are offline for more than two days if he/she do not respond to any messages.
  • A new member will be kicked if they are offline for more than three days if he/she responds to a message and seems everything seems alright.
  • A new member will be kicked if they are offline for more than five days if he/she responds with a valid excuse for inactivity.
  • A new member will be kicked if they are offline for seven days, because this automatically turns him/her into an inactive member, and there are no chances for any inactive member to stay in The Red Raven.

The situations mentioned indicate how much tolerance The Red Raven allows to new members while who are offline.
