Sicilian Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

4 eggs

200 grams sugar (7/8 C)

200 grams 00 flour (1.5 C)

6 oz sunflower oil

1 packet vanilla powder

2 lemons - juice & zest

16 grams baking powder (1.16 TB)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix everything together, add to 8-9” springform pan. Bake 30 min.
