Let’s work together! Communication and collaboration is very important and needed in order to ensure proper development of your child. We can all work together (parent-teacher-child) to make sure your child accomplishes his/her goals in Kindergarten. I believe we should openly inform each other of your child’s progress, concerns, or needs. If you have any questions, or concerns, please feel free to contact me before or after school by phone, and anytime through email or SeeSaw.

Each day your child will come home with their red homework folder. This folder will contain homework, as well as important forms and announcements from our school. It important that your child returns to school with the folder EVERY day. This folder will serve as an important means of communication. Please feel free to send important notes to school or money (labeled with first/last name. amount and purpose) in this folder.

Please be sure to send in a detailed note if your child will travel home a different way. Please include a signature and a phone number where you can be reached for emergency purposes. In order to ensure the safety of your child, they will NOT be able to leave the school the alternative way unless specified in a WRITTEN note to the teacher from the parent.

I want to eagerly extend a personal invite to parents that would like to give their time in an effort to help our kindergarten class. This year will look a little different due to our health and safety protocols in place. If you would like to volunteer in our class this year let me know by sending me an email or message me on the SeeSaw App. We would love to have parents involved in virtual read alouds or prepare classroom materials such as cutting out laminating or assembling emergent reader books.
