Exhibition

During this planner, 5th graders will complete an Exhibition Project related to one of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

Exhibition is a research and action-based project that requires students to use the skills learned during their IB PYP experience. Our central idea is:

“Human rights belong to everyone but they can look different to different people in different places.”

In small groups, students will choose a global goal, research it, and take action related to their chosen goal. They will then design a presentation that will communicate their experience and their action to other JYJ students.

The date for the event is April 5th.

We will also have a night event on April 4th, called Call to Action Night.

Sustainable Development Goals

Students will learn about the UN's goals for creating a sustainable future.  Many of these goals are related to human rights.

These are the skills students have developed throughout their time at Joyner.  They will use these skills to complete the Exhibition project.
