Question: Will my child be able to talk with Santa?

Answer: YES! Santa will ask your child what they would like for Christmas and even talk about their favorite interests!


Question: Will my video call be personalized?

Answer: Yes, Santa will know your child's/children's age(s) and name! The registration form gives caregivers the opportunity to give Santa information like what the child/children want for Christmas, their favorite interests, and more!


Question: Is it possible for someone who is not in the same household to log into the video meeting to observe our Santa Visit?

Answer: Yes! Family members are welcome to observe your child's or children's delight as they meet Santa and enjoy learning about him and the North Pole!


Question: If I have technical issues, what will happen?

Answer: We recommend checking your connection and updating to the latest video call software before the date of your meeting with Santa. Due to Santa's busy schedule, a rescheduled meeting is NOT guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure your meeting goes smoothly without any bumps!


Question: What if the date I register for becomes completely booked?
Answer: You will be emailed with all other available dates for the virtual visit with Santa. Dates will be booked according to the time and date registered (first come first serve basis).
