Virtual Meet and Greet with Santa!
Are you interested in setting up a virtual meet and greet with Santa Claus himself? You are in luck! The Edwardsville HS Color Guard is hosting a fundraiser to bring Santa to you this Holiday Season! Your meet and greet will include a LIVE session with Santa with a personalized message to your child or children! See below for availability and costs.

Virtual Meet and Greets will be held on the following dates:
Monday, December 20, 5-8:30pm
Tuesday, December 21, 5-8:30pm
Last day to register is Friday, December 17th, 2021.
There are limited number of meetings on each day. Meeting Time Slots will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. If there are no open available slots on the preferred day, we will email you all other available dates.
Cost: Each 5-6 minute video session with Santa costs $20 for one child and an additional $8 dollars per additional child.

Each video meeting will last 5-6 minutes and will be scheduled between 5-8:30pm on the date of your choice. Calls will be over Zoom. Register now, availability is limited!
Families/Parents/Caregivers are encouraged to log in 5 minutes before the scheduled time to check for any technical issues. You will be entered into Santa's Waiting Room and one of his elves will let you into the meeting when it is time!
After completing registration and payment, you will receive an email with the meeting date, specific time, and video call link.
