TRAVEL PACKAGE ITINEARY
Day 1: Kakarvita – Gangtok
Our Driver will be there to receive the Guest at Kakarvita - Nearly 140 kilometers 4 ½ - 5 hours’ drive – Check into hotel - Over Night stay at Gangtok
Day 2: Day Excursion Tsomgo Lake – baba mandir – Nathula
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft. / 37 Kms. / 02 Hrs. from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft. / 16 Kms. / 01 Hrs. from Tsomgo Lake) visit Nathula. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Documents Required : Voter id/ Driving Licences/ Passport ( Minor Birth Certificate / Aadhar card). (Aadhaar card/ Pan card not valid for 18+ Age)
Day 3: Gangtok –Darjeeling Halfday Sightseeing
After breakfast, transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.) Starts Halfday Sightseeing Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Day 4: Darjeeling – Kakarvita Drop
Early morning (4:00 AM) visit Tiger Hill (Subject to availability of Permit / Token) Ghoom Monastry, Batasia loop and then back to the hotel. After breakfast, Check-out from hotel, departure transfers to Kakarvita for your onward journey.
Payment Terms
100% of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company's account to confirm the package.
Cancellation Policy
i)There is no contract between TRAVEL WITH TRIVIA and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.

In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

PACKAGE INCLUSION
i) Meet & Greet upon arrival at Airport / NJP Station. Hotel Accommodation as per the name mentioned in the Category for duration as mentioned in the itinerary.
ii) All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by NON AC vehicle which will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis).
iii) This vehicle will also change sector wise.
PACKAGE EXCLUSION
i) Government GST as applicable (as on date 01/07/2017 it is 05%)
ii) Cost for extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
iii) Cost for optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges, Guide, Sightseeing entrance fees.
iv) Cost for any other service not mentioned under the "Cost Includes" Head.
v) Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Insurance.
vi) Cost for any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to change in package cost, which may come into effect prior to departure
vii) Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like - land- slides, road bockage, etc. In such case extra will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
viii) Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc.
CHILD POLICY
i) Children above 10+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate (EPSR)
ii) Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent's room will be charged as per CWB or CNB
iii) Children below 5 years Complimentary
