Coastal Pollution Mapper

The Coastal Pollution Mapper is a collaborative project to develop a comprehensive pollution hotspot map of the Little Campbell River estuary and to develop and test a new low-cost pollution sensor. It is partially crowdfunded, with 75% support from MEOPAR.

This project is led by Smart Shores and is being conducted in collaboration with project partners the Michael Smith Labs at UBC, Semiahmoo First Nation, Ducks Unlimited, A Rocha Canada, Friends of Semiahmoo Bay, Shared Waters Society, Little Campbell Watershed Society and Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club.
