In this three to six month program, participants of the Back 2 Work Program work alongside Caltrans on the freeway and other state-owned property. We focus on beautification through litter abatement and landscaping. We pay $15 per hour, up to 32 hours per week.

In addition to the physical labor aspect of the program, participants are expected to work on finding full-time, career-level employment. The program is designed to give you some money in your pocket while you work on yourself.
