Assignments You Have to Do First:

A. The Part-I: PDF Assignment & Experiments Statement must have to contain all below points according to below serial:

a. Participant’s name in capital letters

b. Father & Mother’s Name

c. Class for academic year 2022-23

d. Insert PP color Photo in PDF

e. Participant’s Home address with milestone and PIN, Email, What’s App and Mobile contact

f. Participant’s Institute address and email

g. Principal’s Name and Mobile contact

h. Guide Teacher Name and Mobile & what’s app no (optional)

i. Fee Subscription Proof

(If DWSN/BPL – write nil as DWSN/BPL)



j. Assignment 1- Describe Constellation

(Marks of 10% to Description with10% to Drawing = 20%)

Participants have to use only Pencil and prepare one hand written page of paragraph with drawing about discussion and Mythology of constellation including its figure, location, view time, detecting process, importance. scan the page and insert into PDF as assignment.

k. Assignment 2-Space Flight Simulator App

(Marks 40%, for Rocket Design = 10% & for Mission-10+10+10=30%)

i. Participants have to download Space Flight Simulator App from Google play store. The link of is

ii. Participant have to play the Game most similar to the nature of duties of any ISRO-NASA Space Scientist.

iii. Participant have to lunch rocket, and have to land properly on any three-planet or satellite surface, each (Weightage of10%), may be on: -

b. Moon (Marks of10%)

c. Venus (Marks of10%)

iv. Take Screenshot of vital phase of the game

a. Design of rocket (Marks of10%)

b. lunching

c. orbit around earth

d. orbit around Mars, Moon and Venus

e. on Surface of Mars, Moon and Venus

f. Report of achievement shows at the end of Game

v. Prepare Assignment inserting photos into PDF



l. Assignment 3 - Astronomical Experiments

(Marks of 20%)

i. Participants have to do the experiment as given below.

ii. Do Calculation on page in handwritten using HB Pencil and scan/photograph the page

iii. take photo when you are doing activity

iv. take photo of your hand made pinhole camera

v. insert the page of calculation’s photo and activity photo with pinhole camera photo to PDF



m. Assignment 4 - Moon Carto graphing

(Marks of 10%)

i. Take print of below Picture of leveled Moon

ii. Do leveling, write using HB Pencil the names of carters on moon surface.

iii. Must be handwritten.

iv. Click the photo of the page and

v. insert to PDF


n. Assignment 5 - Science Math Innovations of Participant

(Marks of 20%)

(If any, details may be inserted to PDF)

o. Mandatory to Insert picture of proof of School and Class of participant or ID Card/institution certificate of academic year 2022-23.

p. Participant’s Declaration: -

i. Participant have to write quoted sentence using HB pencil on a page - “the information provided above is correct in all respect and if found anything wrong after verification, hon’ble jury and organizers have the right to reject.”

ii. use pencil only.

iii. put your Signature in full and write your name in full.

iv. Then insert the page to the PDF by scanning.

A. Towards hand writing use only HB Pencils, else entries will not be entitled.

B. Participants are suggested to prepare the PDF file according to the above serial inserting required photos with scan matters mentioning serial numberings as a, b, c, d etc. with subject concern for judgement convince, else rejected at any level.

C. The Assignment & Experiments Statement must be written in English and there is no limitation of word count.

D. The Assignment & Experiments Statement PDF will contribute 100% weightage Marks at the preliminary level in multilayered selection process.

E. Participant need to prepare only one pdf of all assignments.

F. Now firstly, student has to open google drive of Gmail account and need to upload the well prepared only one PDF (MB capacity has no limitation) of their Assignment & Experiments Statement.

G. Participant are request to collect the google drive link, where the pdf has already been uploaded.

H. Google drive link must be sharable. So, edit the option and settings to make the link sharable.

I. In our below given submission form, Participant have to submit that concern Sharable link of PDF uploaded in their Google Drive, that must be visible to Jury, else Rejected.

J. Selected Participants will be invited for next phase screening.

Science Quizzing or Astro-Olympiad on E-Lab & E-Tour & on life and contribution of Dr Vikram A Sarabhai:

i. 80-90 nos of Top Scoring Students will be selected from preliminary and will be invite to participate in E-Quizzing Phase.

ii. All 80-90 Selected Participants will confer E-Certificate of Merit.

iii. Participation here will be mandatory.

iv. Date and time with concern details will be intimated through e-mail and/or WhatsApp etc in July and Astro -Olympiad will be conducted in July end or in Aug first fortnight.

v. DASA India National VO and Organizations are requesting to all participants to keep a close look for concern without any fail.

vi. Before moving forward to Astro Olympiad, which is based on MCQ Questions, Students have to practice and experience following three unique matters available virtual medium:
