Facility Rules and Regulation

Please Note: Any Salmon Harbor RV Park guest or visitor found not obeying these Rules & Policies, causing dissension, or displaying any action or conduct that we deem unsuitable or hazardous will be asked to leave without warning and without a refund of any and all payments


1.) Occupancy (a) These rules and regulations are designed to provide the best possible living experience within this facility. Mutual cooperation between management and Tenant is encouraged so that these rules can be enforced reasonably and objectively.

(b) Facility may, at any time, for any reason, and at management’s sole discretion, elect to enforce or not enforce these rules and any condition of tenancy or occupancy.

(c) All rules herein are a condition of occupancy. Subsequent rules adopted in accord with Oregon Law are conditions of occupancy unless otherwise designated.

(d) Every person who intends to live in the facility must apply to the landlord and be approved before occupancy commences. Failure to apply is grounds for eviction on 24-hours notice. Any person who applies and is rejected is not allowed on the facility premises.

2.) Resident Age Requirement This facility is a family park. There are no age requirements.

3.) Guests (a) Guests of Tenants may stay in the rented space and utilities for up to 14 days a year, cumulative. Any stay for four hours or more during a day will be counted toward the 14 day limit. When a guest stays on the premises for more than fourteen days in any calendar year, that person will become an unapproved occupant of the facility, and the rental agreement may be subject to termination.

(b) The tenant is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Guests must be accompanied by the tenant at all times, except when guests are entering or leaving.

4.) Home/Site (a) All homes and vehicles moving into the facility must be inspected and approved be management prior to rental of a space.

(b) Tenant shall maintain the rented space in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guests are liable for damages if insulated pipe cover is removed.

(c) No changes or additions may be made to the site without prior approval of management, including removal of trees.

(d) Unless approved by management, nothing may be stored outside the dwelling other than an automobile.

(e) In consideration of all Guests, quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time.

(f) No open fires or use of fireworks are permitted on any portion of the facility property.

5.) Vehicles (a) The maximum speed permitted in the community is five (5) miles per hour. Pedestrians, scooters, golf carts, and other non-motorized traffic have right-of-way.

(b) Vehicle engines must be adequately muffled. Vehicles determined by managemen5t to be excessively noisy will be excluded from the facility.

(c) No vehicle dripping oil, grease, or gasoline will be allowed.

(d) Any nonoperative or unlicensed vehicle is excluded from the facility. Management may require that any vehicle that, in management’s sole discretion, is not properly maintained constitutes a hazard to Guests, or is in such a dilapidated condition that it distracts from the appearance of the community be excluded from the facility.

(e) Other than washing or cleaning, no work of any kind is allowed on a vehicle, boat, or trailer in the facility without management’s approval.

(f) All vehicles parked on site must fit into the space allotted. Any extra vehicle parking must be approved of by management.

6.) Pets (a) Guests must have prior written approval of management to keep or replace a pet. Management has the right to refuse permission or to restrict the number (including those born in the community) and types of pets.

(b) The types of pets are dogs, cats, small birds such as parakeets or canaries, fish and other usual household pets approved by management. No outside kennels allowed without prior approval by management. Pets must be kept in the home. When pets go outside the home, the must be on a leash or other appropriate restraint no longer than six feet. Pets must be in the constant presence of the owner, and under the owner’s control when outside the home. The Guest must be prepared to pick up any pet excrement.

(c) The Guest/Tenant must sign and adhere to the “Pet Agreement” contained within the “Rental Agreement.”

(d) Any pet that presents a danger or is a hazard to persons or other pets must be immediately removed from the premises and will not be allowed to return. The determination of “danger” or “hazard” is in the sole discretion of management.

7.) Complaints and Disputes (a) If a Guest is aware of a violation of these rules and regulations, an informal discussion with management of the problem is encouraged. Hopefully, the resulting action or decision by management will resolve most violations or problems. If, in the opinion of management, informal action is not appropriate to the issue, the Guest will be given a copy of the dispute resolution procedure and asked to describe the complaint in a signed writing.

(b) If management observes a violation by Guests, informal enforcement actions will be used in most instances. If these informal actions are not successful, the Guest will receive a written notice specifying the violation and the remedial action the Guest must take.

(c) Failure to abide by the rules and regulations of Salmon Harbor RV Park can result in termination of the Rental Agreement or Guest privileges and will be removed from the premises.

NOTE: Salmon Harbor RV Park is not liable for any injuries that may occur on campground property. Salmon Harbor RV Park is not liable for any acts of theft or vandalism, or for any damage caused by natural elements. You are responsible for carrying insurance coverage for your RV, vehicles, and their contents.
