About Me
I began my career with Axis Bank Ltd., where I spent five enriching years managing sales and customer relationships. My role involved implementing strategic sales initiatives, identifying emerging market trends, and fostering strong client relationships. During this time, I honed my skills in team management, strategic thinking, and customer-centricity—qualities that later became the cornerstone of my career.
After the birth of my daughter, I took a career break to focus on my family. This period also served as a time of introspection and personal development. Reflecting on my professional journey, I identified areas for growth and took the initiative to upskill myself. Immersing myself in learning, I acquired certifications that not only expanded my expertise but also laid the foundation for a remarkable career transformation.
My journey is a testament to my unwavering commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. I hold an impressive array of certifications, showcasing my passion for empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. I am a NABET Certified Trainer and a Certified Soft Skills Trainer with expertise in emotional intelligence, communication, body language, and conflict resolution. My certification in Image Management, accredited by ICBI and the Conselle Institute of Image Management (US), highlights my ability to elevate personal branding and professional presence.
Further enhancing my skill set, I hold NLP Practitioner and POSH Trainer certifications, enabling me to lead impactful workshops on empathy, customer service, and fostering respectful workplace environments. Demonstrating my dedication to holistic development, I am currently pursuing certifications in behavioral counseling, addiction counseling, and parenting counseling, reflecting my commitment to addressing the psychological dimensions of personal and professional growth.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of conducting impactful sessions for organizations such as BYJU’S, Blu Smart, Imperial Auto Industries, and NeeV Learning Center (NGO). My workshops range from teaching the Art and Science of Body Language to delivering training on Customer Service Excellence. Known for my ability to inspire confidence and instill practical skills, my sessions have left a lasting impact on participants from diverse backgrounds.
With renewed focus and a wealth of new skills, I transitioned into the aviation industry, taking on the role of Head of Learning Experience Design (LXD) at Avis Aviation Academy. In this capacity, I masterfully blended my corporate experience with my expertise in training and development. At Avis, my sessions focused on building confidence and communication skills among aviation aspirants. I designed and delivered impactful lessons on professional presence, body language, public speaking, and accent neutralization. My leadership programs emphasized executive presence and strategic thinking, empowering students to embrace leadership roles with assurance and competence.
My journey then took me to The NorthCap University, where I served as a Behavioral Trainer with the Center of Professional Attachment & Alumni Engagement. During my time there, I transformed how students prepared for their professional journeys. Through my SCALE framework—Soft Skills, Communication, and Language Enhancement, I helped students develop essential competencies to thrive in the modern workplace. My workshops on interview techniques, professional etiquette, emotional intelligence, and conflict management played a significant role in equipping students with the skills and confidence to excel across various industries.
Beyond the classroom, I bridged the gap between academia and industry by organizing guest lectures and discussions, providing students with invaluable opportunities to learn directly from industry leaders and gain real-world insights.
At the heart of my journey is my unwavering belief in empowering others. Whether it’s guiding a first-year student to confidently introduce themselves or equipping professionals with tools to excel in their careers, I’ve consistently demonstrated that true success lies in lifting others up.
Currently, I am working as an employee of Symbiosis Skills & Professional University, where I am actively involved in leading the GCC Employability and Skilling Program. My core responsibilities include conducting structured training sessions for Symbiosis students, as well as for students from our academic partner institutions, such as Christ College and Neville Wadia Institute of Management. These sessions are designed to equip learners with critical employability skills, including emotional intelligence, conflict management, interpersonal skills, and aptitude development—ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the expectations of the corporate world.
In addition to my work with student cohorts, I also represent Symbiosis Corporate & Professional Learning in delivering specialized corporate training sessions. These engagements have allowed me to collaborate with prominent organizations such as Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions and Avinash Cargo Pvt. Ltd. The training modules for corporate clients have spanned a wide range of topics, including conflict management, data analysis for business outcomes, and advanced MS Excel. These sessions are tailored to the unique challenges faced by professionals in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape and are designed to deliver actionable strategies that improve workplace efficiency, communication, and leadership.
This dual focus—supporting both student and corporate learning—enables me to maintain a comprehensive and adaptive approach to training delivery, ensuring relevance and impact across a diverse audience base. This change was a result of my relocation to Pune due to personal reasons, which further enriched my professional journey.
Career goal: To leverage extensive experience in training and development to drive organizational growth and student success.
