Dr. Naila Aaijaz is a Professor- Business & International Business, Curriculum Specialist and Career Advisor at Evergreen College and George Brown College Continuing Education, Toronto, Canada. She is a Learning & Development, Instructional Designer and Training Professional with 10+ years of experience in corporate and academic instructional design, curriculum development, training - classroom and online instructor. All my credentials are WES certified. She has conducted Training Needs Analysis, Content development, Program facilitation & delivery, Employee Engagement, Processes & procedure development, Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management etc. Her career has also included professional work as Researcher, Writer and Product Manager. She authors a book “From Learners to Entrepreneurs” published by Lambert Academic Publishing. She has a vast teaching and research experience in countries like India, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia & Canada.

Dr. Vas Taras received his PhD in International Human Resource Management and Organizational Dynamics from the University of Calgary, Canada and his Masters in Political Economy from the University of Texas at Dallas. He teaches International Business at the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, USA. He is the X-Culture Project Director (www.X-Culture.org). Vas conducts research on cross-cultural and global virtual teams and crowd-based business problem solving, and experiential learning. His publications have appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, Organizational Dynamics and other respected outlets. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management, and the Editorial Board member of Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of International Management, and Management Research Review. He is a recipient of numerous research and teaching awards for his work in International Business. Vas has lived, worked and studied in half a dozen countries and has experience as a manager, businessman, and business consultant.

Dr. Azhar Kazmi is a Professor of Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia. He teaches courses in strategic management and general management. He has wide experience of teaching MBA students in India, Bangladesh, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia. He is the author of the popular text titled ‘Strategic Management’, published by McGraw-Hill, which is in its fourth edition. He is PhD in Management from Kurukshetra University, India. He has done MBA from University of Rajasthan, & BE (Hons.) Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani. His research interests are in the area of strategic management in developing and emerging economies. He has an experience of 37+ years in teaching in countries like India, Malaysia & Saudi Arabia. He has served for 22 years in Aligarh Muslim University.

Dr. Siraj Ahmad is an Assistant Professor at Department of Accounting, College of Business Administration, King Saud University, Alkharj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.He has also served as a Professor at Prince Sattam Bin Abdul-Aziz University, Saudi Arabia. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University. A vast knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, auditing and information technology makes him one of the bests in the field.

Mr. Aiman Alhadhrami is HR Manager at National Biscuit Industries Ltd (Nabil biscuits), Sultanate of Oman. He is an Omani nationalist, but completed his graduation and MBA from University of Pune, India. He was under training in Haffa House Hotel as practicing HR activity at Muscat, Oman. He has also worked at IFFCO Oman Distribution L.L.C, a largest FMCG Company. He has a good knowledge about Omani Labour Law, Registration of new employees, Recruitment process, Manpower Planning, Performance Appraisal and Planning of HR Strategies etc. He has also worked as an Administrator (Licensing Department) at Ministry of Higher Education, Sultanate of Oman.

Dr. Mujtaba Momin is an Assistant Professor at American university of Middle-East, Kuwait. He has also served at Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz University, Saudi Arabia. He holds a Ph. D. in Management Sciences. He has done a Masters in Personnel Management and Masters of Law (LL.M.). Dr. Mujtaba authors two books in Management, “Employee Attrition Analysis in Manufacturing Sector” published by leading European Publishing House, Scholars’ Press, Germany and “Executive Human Resource Management: Concepts & Perspectives”published by Research India publications, New Delhi. He has a vast teaching and consultancy experience in countries like India, Saudi Arabia & Kuwait.
