Lora Wegner

I came to the world of education through a back door. I had previously worked in advertising sales, where I found great success. As my youngest child turned 18 months, I became very aware of his lack of language. And as I began to search for answers to what might be the cause, I met with many professionals to try to understand how best to help my son. The kindness and direction that I was afforded, convinced me that I could make a difference in the lives of children and their families. I returned to school and achieved a Master’s Degree in Preschool-Third Grade Education as well as a Certificate in Special Education. Daily, I work with young children and their families to help them to become the best that they can be.
