Our Initial Services consist of:

MAID SERVICES

Cleaning of all rooms and garage areas is included in the initial service. Cleaning will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Vacuum all carpeted surfaces (broom sweep if there is no electricity); mop all non-carpeted surfaces.
• Dust all globes, ceiling fans, and blinds.
• Clean all basins, toilet bowls, showers, tubs, glass enclosures, door tracts, and tile (including grout).
• Clean all mirrors mirrored closet doors, and medicine cabinets.
• Clean and shine all faucets, showerheads, valve knobs, vanities, and countertops.
• Remove cobwebs, newspapers, junk mail, trash, etc.
• Appliances thoroughly cleaned - stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.

WINTERIZATION SERVICE

A thorough and complete draining of all plumbing and heating systems is done. Then, non-toxic anti-freeze is added to all of the traps and fixtures, the toilets are taped, and a winterization notice is clearly posted.

LOCKOUTS AND LOCKCHANGES

All locks are keyed to specific key codes to prevent unauthorized entry. Complete locksmith services are provided within 48 hours.

BOARD UPS

Houses are boarded up per FHA/HUD Guidelines

ABANDONED CAR REMOVAL

All vehicles are removed in accordance with local ordinances

LAWN MAINTENANCE

Includes mowing grass, & blowing off of all paved areas including sidewalks, driveways & patios.

DEBRIS REMOVAL/CLEANOUTS

Removal and proper disposal of all debris, interior and exterior of the property. Each room is left in broom clean condition and documented with before and after photos.

ROOF REPAIR & TARPING

Roofs are repaired or tarped to prevent further damage to the interior of the property.
