If there are any problems with your shield we would like to address it right away! Each shield has a custom serial number in the form of XX####X. This gives us the information we need to track down the problem. Send the serial number and brief description of the problem if possible to create4pdx@gmail or any other means of contact that you would prefer.

Yes we do offer a smaller size for anyone in need! These are most popular with schools which like students and teachers to see each others facial expressions.
Can I SANITIZE my shield?
Can I SANITIZE my shield?
Yes and it is very easy to do so. We recommend a certified wipe that is known to kill viruses including COVID-19. The plastic (if using a V1 face shield) may fog up which will come off pretty nicely with some water and paper towels. It is easiest to clean the plastic part by temporarily removing it.
