Oficialização do hino nacional da República da Barvínia
Por meio deste decreto (Nº005/2024), a partir da vigente data, sete de abril de dois mil e vinte e quatro, estabelece-se a letra do poema “Despertai, ó, Barvínia”, composta nessa data por Matheus Lima e a melodia do hino “Nad Tatrou sa blýska”, oriundo da tradição Eslováquia, como o hino nacional da República da Barvínia a partir dessa mesma data.

Oficialização dos símbolos nacionais visuais da República
A partir da vigente data, 04.04.2024, eu, Matheus Lima, sob o cargo de Presidente da República, instauro oficialmente os símbolos nacionais da República da Barvínia, que seguem a seguinte descrição:
BANDEIRA NACIONAL: A bandeira nacional da República da Barvínia, chamada Triuno Austral, é composta por três faixas verticais de mesmo tamanho, sendo, da esquerda para a direita, azul escuro, azul-claro e branco. As armas nacionais encontram-se no cantão esquerdo.
BRASÃO DE ARMAS: As armas nacionais são compostas por um escudo azul cortado por um X branco. Acima do escudo estão três plumas, da direita para a esquerda, branca, azul e branca. Ao fundo vêem-se lauréis de café brancos de contorno azul.
Officializing of the national visual symbols of the Republic
From the current date, 04.04.2024, I, Matheus Lima, in the position of President of the Republic, officially establish the national symbols of the Republic of Barvínia, which are described as follows:
NATIONAL FLAG: The national flag of the Republic of Barvínia, called the Southern Triune, consists of three vertical stripes of equal size, from left to right, dark blue, light blue, and white. The national coat of arms is located in the upper left canton.
COAT OF ARMS: The national coat of arms consists of a blue shield crossed by a white X. Above the shield are three feathers, from right to left, white, blue, and white. In the background, there are laurel coffee branches in white with blue outlines.

Extinção do calendário patagônio
A partir da vigente data, 12.12.2023, eu, Matheus Lima, sob o cargo de Presidente da República, extingo o calendário patagônio e readoto o calendário gregoriano em nossa nação. Devido ao antigo calendário causar conflitos na celebração das datas comemorativas da Barvínia, decide-se extingüí-lo.
Extinction of the patagonian calendar
From the current date, December 12, 2023, I, Matheus Lima, in the position of President of the Republic, abolish the Patagonian calendar and readopt the Gregorian calendar in our nation. Due to the old calendar causing conflicts in the celebration of Barvinia's commemorative dates, it is decided to extinguish it.

A partir da vigente data, Círis 4, 4101 (04.10.2023), eu, Matheus Lima, sob o cargo de Presidente da República oficializo o Calendário Patagônio como calendário oficial da República da Barvínia, em subtituição ao Calendário Gregoriano.

As of the current date, Cris 4, 4101 (October 4th, 2023), I, Matheus Lima, in my capacity as President of the Republic, hereby officially declare the Patagonian Calendar as the official calendar of the Republic of Barvínia, replacing the Gregorian Calendar.
