Management Surveys – we will locate the asbestos that could be encountered in normal occupancy of the building.

Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys - we will locate the asbestos that must be removed before any refurbishment or demolition takes place.

Summary

Established in 1997, Asbestos Detective Services is a Midlands-based asbestos surveying company. We survey residential homes as well as commercial and industrial premises. Get expert advice from our P402 certified and experienced surveyor. Based in Groby, Leicestershire, we survey primarily across the Midlands.

We will locate and assess if there are Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) within your premises, and provide a comprehensive report with photos, plans and recommendations to help you manage it. We provide Management, Refurbishment and Demolition type surveys.

Reports

Reports include site photos, building plans, comments and recommendations. Reports are available as printed bound format or emailed to you as a PDF. Any necessary samples are all analysed by UKAS accredited labs. Example reports are available.
