AFTER-SALE SERVICE
Arrangement of internal parts and consumables
We will arrange new built-in parts and consumables for gear devices that have been used for many years. We will decide the range of arrangement after consultation, but we can handle not only consumables such as bearings and oil seals, but also a set of built-in items including gears. Also, regarding a fairly old gear device, if it is manufactured by us, we will consider some kind of correspondence, so please contact us.
Overhaul
We will send the gear device back to our factory and we will overhaul it. Since it is carried out by our employees at our factory, safe and reliable work is possible, and even if unexpected wear or damage is found, it is possible to respond relatively quickly.
Supervise
If it is difficult to send it back to our factory due to a large gear device, our employees will go to the customer's factory as a supervisor and provide overhaul guidance. We have a track record of dispatching supervisors not only in Japan but also to customer factories around the world.
