LONGEVICITY PHOTO STUDIO

Longevicity Photo Studio is a project created by photographer Laura Liverani specifically for the research: a series of portraits of Milan's senior community shot in a travelling photo studio, inspired by vernacular photo practices. During each photo studio session senior citizens, while posing for a portrait, shared their stories during a short interview. 58 to 95 years old subjects took part in the project; among the places that hosted the mobile studio, were private homes, Auser headquarters in Gorla and Sesto San Giovanni, Rugby Rho A.S.D club, Arci Bellezza and Sacro Volto Church.
