Here in the Lane research group, we respect and acknowledge the lived experiences of all students through our commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice. We aim to be a welcoming space for researchers, collaborators, and students of all races, ethnicities, orientations, genders, disability statuses, economic backgrounds, religions/belief systems, and geographic origins. We believe that individuals should be able to bring their full selves into whatever spaces they choose without fear of judgement or restriction. Black Lives Matter. Love is love. One way we engage in equity and justice is by constantly learning, receiving feedback, and using that new knowledge to change our approach.
